Input Fields

• Username: Enter the Username provided by Touchworld Technology.
• Password: Enter the correct Password to logon to platform
• Remember Me: Remember Me helps web interface to remember user and password for next logins.
• Forgot Password: Enter the Registered Email, both username and Password will be sent by email.

Tracking

• Proceed with Main Tracking Page by clicking on highlighted Section in Below screen.
• On Click on Same you will be redirected to Live Tracking Page.

Live Tracking

Clustering

• Vehicles in an area shown in cluster with the count. Border shows the vehicle status, green for Moving, red for Stop, yellow for Idle and grey for offline vehicles.

Live Alerts

• Temperature, Excess Idle and Overspeeding alert icons blink with vehicle count on respective icons.

Vehicle Details Panel

• Shows the vehicle summary for current day.
• History tab shows the travel history on Map for the selected range.
• Events tab shows the alert events generated for that vehicle for the day.
• Fuel tab shows the fuel level status for vehicles installed with fuel sensor.

History

• History Tracking: User can input From and To date time and generate Route with option of Straight Line and Route.
• Send Command: Currently integarted two first two option to immobilze and De-immobilize Vehicles.
• Keep and Eye: Option to open a window with selected vehicle on map and minimize same. User can access other features in platform keeping that window open seperately and track that vehicle.
• Street View: Open Google Street View Map for current location of vehicle.
• Mark Geofence: Shortcut to mark current location of the vehicle as geofence.
• Share location: Option to share current location via social media.

• User can trace and track and live route of selected vehicle with its data in grid below with location, speed,Ignition and Reported Date and Time

Live Route

• Live route is a combination of History tracking and Live Traversed.

• From Date, To Date
  Date range for which history plot needs to be viewed.
• Select Route- Straight Line
  (Polyline Connecting Gps points with markers in direction of travel)
• Select Route – Route
  (Snapping GPS points on road.This api works well for two gps points within 200 mrts)
• Select Speed
  Select Speed at which history should be plotted.
• Select Trip Event
  All (Plots all gps points on map), Travel (Points with acc on and speed >0), Stopped (Points with acc off), Idle (Points with acc on and speed=0)
• Route plotted on map
  Green points indicate moving points, Red -Stoppages, and Yellow - Idle Points. On Mouse over on each points its respective points will be dsiplayed.

Multi Tracking

• User can select mutiple vehicles (Max:4) and track them in separate window as shown below.

• A heatmap is a visualization used to depict the intensity of data at geographical points. ... Able to customize the appearance of the heatmap  by changing such options as: the color gradient, the radius of data points, and the intensity of each data point.

New POI

• When click on New POI, user can create POI.
• User can mark POI at current location of Vehicle by selecting Current Vehicle Location checkbox and selecting vehicle from dropdown.
• User can create POI by entering address in textbox with auto suggest feature for entered location.
• Name: Define name for POI
• Customer: Define Customer Name
• Type: Select Type of POI (Customer, Fuel Station, House, Shop, Warehouse, Airport)
• Phone No: Customer Phone No
• Upload Photo (Upload any picture for POI)
• Phone No: Customer Phone No
• Show POI: On click on same all the created POI will be plotted on map.
• Clear POI: Clear all POI markers from map.
• Search POI: User can search by POI Name and Plot same on map.

Geofence

• Draw Geofence
  Address to draw geofence can be searched in below ways
• At Current Vehicle Location
  Select Current Vehicle location checkbox and select vehicle number, map will be centered to location of the vehicle and user can draw fence around same.
• Address
  Search address with google auto suggest address search box.
• Select from History
  Loads idle and stoppages and user can select same address from dropdown.

Show Geofence

• On click on show geofence, pop up window will open with list of geofence with search option
• User can click on geofence name and same will be plotted on map.
• User can edit and delete geofence using edit and delete icon shown next to each geofence.

Search On Map

• Based on above selction, following google defined POI will be loaded on map which are near to selected vehicles on live tracking map.
• Navigation: User can enter From and To Address and find route and distance between given points.
• Search Vehicle: Plot select vehicle on map
• Serach Address: Google auto suggest textbox to search address and plot on map.
• Nearest Vehicle: User can select Vehicle No and enter distance and search nearest vehicle within entered distance around selected vehicle.
• Clear Map: Clears all markers from map.

Distance Measure

• User can select points on map and get distance between selected points as shown below.

Create Route

• Create and Assign Trip: This feature is used to create trip (defining start, end and in between route points for specific vehicles.
• User can create Trip and Assign Passengers to it.
• Passenger will be assigned based on their Pick up address registered in Master database and availabitiy of seats.
• Below grid shows details of Trips with assign passenger icon in Red

Create Trip

• Customer (Dropdown for user to select Company or School, based on its selection respective fields will be shown)
• Vehicle No (Dropdown with all vehicle no)
• Trip Code: User defined Trip Code
• Trip Name: User Defined Trip Name
• Email Id: Email id which will receive Trip related alerts.
• Zone: User defined zone to be covered by Tip
• Route Points (Dropdown with Select Point by search on Map, Geofence or History)
• Point Name: User defined specific Point Name.

• Sequence: Dropdown with Start, Pickup/drop, End Point- Define if point is Start Point of Trip, Between Point and End Point.
• Start Date, End Date: Duration for which Trip is valid.
• Select Days: Days for which vehicle will use the Trip.
• Once all details are entered user need to click on Add icon, The added point will be shown in grid below with its sequence No, Arrival Time.
• As User keeps on adding points, route will be draw between selected points.
• Once User selects End Point, User wil be prompted for Route Suggestion before saving as shown below.

• List of vehicles with their details and option to export in Excel.
• User can edit the information related to vehicle and its servicing.
• Search Vehicle by Brand, Driver,Sim no and Vehicle No.
• Vehicle id: Is a unique ID assigned to respective vehicle.
• Vehicle Maintanence, Fuel and Basic information can be edited as explained below while other parameters are read only.

• Mulkiya Renewal: Update the mulkiya Expiry date- Based on that email alert is sent 1 month,15 days and 7 days prior to expiry.
• Insurance Expiry Date: Update the Insurance Expiry date- Based on that email alert is sent 1 month, 15 days and 7 days prior to expiry.
• Driver: Select the driver who is assigned respective vehicle.

• Speed Limt: Set the speed limit for the vehicle and get alerts via push notification and Email if vehicle exceeds the set speed limt.
• Idle Limt: Set Idle Limit for vehicle, If vehicle is idling more than set limit same will be considered as Ex-Idling
• Last Service Done, Service km- Update Last service done date and update the periodic service km at which servicing needs to be done.
• Last Tyre Change Done, Tyre Change Km-Update Last Tyre change date and periodic Tyre change km, at which tyre needs to be changed.
• Last Oil Change Done, Oil Change km- Update Last Oil Change date and periodic Oil Change km, at which Oil needs to be changed.
• Odometer Reading: Update with current Odometer reading of Vehicle, All reports will show odometer reading based on entered value.

• Emergency Contact Details of Driver.

User Profile / Role / Menu Settings

• User can create different roles by checking / unchecking Modules as listed and giving a Role name. Same Name will be displayed in Select Role dropdown in User Page.

Groups

• User can create a group of vehicle by giving group name, Incharge Name and its email id.
• While Assign Vehicles to user, same group will be listed with its vehicles as shown below.

• Vehicle can be allocated to Project/Driver.
• Allocate To: Project/Driver
• Vehicle Number: Select Vehicle No which needs to be allocated.
• Driver Name: Select Driver Name to which vehicle needs to be assigned.
• License No/Mobile Number/Employee Id: Will be automatically filled as per information registered against driver.
• Current Odometer: Automatically filled with current odometer of vehicle

• Current Vehicle Condition: Enter the vehicle condition at the time of allocating vehicle.
• Vehicle once allocated can be seen on grid as below.
• Grid Displaying details of Allocated Vehicle.
• Days Used: No of days vehicle has been allocated from Allocated date to current date.
• Status: Status with Vehicle Allocated or Returned.
• All data can be exported in Excel.

• Date Time: At which fuel was filled
• Driver Name

• Fuel Filled: Amount of Fuel filled in litres
• Odometer: Will be populated with current odometer of vehicle, if user needs can edit same.

• User need to select multiple Vehicle Number and from / To Date Time.
• Graph will be plotted with Travel (green), Stoppage (Red), Yellow (Idle), Orange (Ex Idle) durations on x -axis and Vehicle No. on y-axis.

Temperature Graph

• User need to select Vehicle Number and from / to Date Time.
• Graph will be plotted with time on x-axis and Temperature °C on y-axis.
• Graph can show temperature from 3 different Temperature sensor in different colour and name for same will be defined in Vehicle Page.

Dashboard Graph

• PIE Chart with Total Stopped, Moving, Idle and Not Reporting Vehicles.

Fuel Graph

• User need to select Vehicle Number and from / to Date Time.
• Graph will be plotted with time on x-axis and Temperature °C on y-axis.

• User can define customized alerts and receive Email and Push Notification for same.
• Description of each fields are explained below.
• Alert Name: Define an Alert Name.
• Alert Selector: Pop up window allowing User to enable the alert and define its parameters.
• Notification Email: Email id assigned to received alerts.
• System Rule: Dropdown with list of all created alerts, On selecting any alert all its fields will be auto populated, user just need to enable alerts from Alert Selector.
• Active: User can activate or deactivate any alert.
• Cron Rule: Used for periodic triggering, Should be Set to No for overspeeding ,Working Out of Hour, Geofence, Harsh Braking, Harsh Acceleration Alerts.

• Description: Textbox for description of Alerts.
• Trigger Action (Email-Receive Alert by Email, Save / Alert- Save for Reports)
• Send Push Notification: Send Push Notification for enabled Alerts.
• Predefined Commands: Action be taken like (Imm Vehicle etc) when alert is trigerred.All commands will be sent Via GPRS
• Email Subject / Body: Define Subject and Body of Email Alert.

• By Vehicle Id: Select List of Vehicles for which Alert should be trigerred.

• Harsh Braking: When vehicle speeds deaccelerate with defined speed limit in timespan of few seconds alert is triggered.
• Harsh Acceleration: When vehicle speed accelerates with defined speed limit in timespan of few seconds alert is triggered.
• Working Out of Hours: When vehicle is driven outside defined working hours and speed limit alert is triggered.
• Overspeeding: When vehicle speeds exceeds set speed limit alert is triggered.


• Geofence Arrival / Departure: When vehicle enters or exits assigned geofence, alert is triggered.
• Mulkiya Renewal: Alert for mulkiya renewal sent 1 month,15 days and 1 week prior to Expiry defined in vehicle page.
• Insurance Renewal: Alert for Insurance renewal sent 1 month,15 days and 1 week prior to Expiry defined in vehicle page.
• Excessive Idling: When vehicle exceeds the Idle limit defined in vehicle page alert is triggered.
• Road Overspeed: When vehicle speed exceeds the road speed alert is triggered.

• Geofence summary report displays data with time taken and distance travelled from one geofenceto another.
• Start Time/End Time: It shows the time taken by vehicle to reach geofence. Start Time- Time is started from one fence and End Time- Time it reached another fence.

• In Time/Out Time: Time it entered fence and exit fence respectively.
• Fuel and Cost are calculated based on mileage defined by user for respective vehicle and Fuel price in master table.

• Driver performance Report displays vehicle no driven by selected driver with Total km travelled, Travel, Idle, Ex Idle, Count of Harsh Braking, Acceleration, Overspeed.
• Login and Logout Time: It displays 1st Login and last logout of day.

• On click on Total it display the Total no of vehicle used by driver, with login time, Logout time, Total Distance Travelled, Total Stoppage,I dle, Ex-Idle count of harsh braking, acceleration and overspeed.

• Total Delivery Revenue for current date.
